Case Study 4
Before

Functional knee bend test before treatment with PCIs. Note splaying of forefoot and inability to keep heels on ground.
  
After

Functional knee bend test 5 months after treatment. Note change in forefoot and increased length in achilles
  

34 year old male with bilateral congenital club foot deformity. Achilles tendons lengthened surgically at 14 years old. Complains of chronic back pain and still unable to walk flat on feet. On NSAID for LBP.

After 3 months of PCIs, no more LBP and no more medication.
