Posture Control Insoles™ (PCIs) are covered by a full 30 day money back guarantee and a 6 month limited warranty.
Our Australian customers may return this product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product(s), return the product(s) to us and you will receive a refund (less finance charges if payment was made via credit card). We must receive your returned product before the 30 day money back guarantee expires. 30 days applies from 2 days after shipping of your purchase, i.e. Your order is shipped on the 5th of January. Therefore, 30 days begins from the 7th of January and expires on the 6th of February.
We reserve the right not to provide products to customers known to us to abuse the 30 day money back guarantee.
Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank or credit card statement if the refund is made directly to your bank account or credit card.. If the payment was made by credit card then 3% will be deducted to cover the merchant processing fees. This is a condition of the financial institutions involved.
Please note that return postal charges are not covered by this or any other guarantee that we may have in place from time to time.
Make Our Expectations Your Expectations
In many cases our patients feel improvement in one to two weeks. In general posture changes may continue for several months. It is important to provide feedback to the practitioner who assessed you and supplied the insoles as, with changes in your posture, there may be a need to fit a different pair of insoles over time.
Follow the instructions on the package to trim the Posture Control Insoles™ (PCIs) and fit them in your shoes. Follow the break in instructions, and wear the insoles at least 70% of the time for 2 months. If you experience discomfort beyond that of starting a new exercise, discontinue wearing the insoles and contact your practitioner. All of our providers are always available to help you troubleshoot if you need assistance.
Return Instructions
Australian customers please return products to the practitioner who supplied you with them. The practitioner will honour the guarantee. No return authorization is necessary. Be sure to include a copy of the original receipt with your insoles.
Limited Warranty
Based on normal daily activity, if the workmanship or materials in our Posture Control Insoles™ (PCIs) fail within 6 months of purchase, return the insoles to the practitioner who supplied you with them for replacement. Include your receipt.
Posture Control Insoles™ (PCIs) fail if the following occurs: crushed elevation, ruptured insole, fully detached lining.
If the Posture Control Insoles™ (PCIs) are used for intense movement activity such as court sports or long distance running, walking or similar, expect to replace sooner than 6 months. This type of activity is not covered by our Limited Warranty. The same applies to overweight users, i.e. if your weight is higher than 130kg, expect to replace it sooner than 6 months. In such a case the replacement will not be covered by our Limited Warranty.
Please note that it is important to fit the Posture Control Insoles™ (PCIs) in strict accordance with the fitting instructions. You need to make sure that they fit the shoes and have no space to move inside. We strongly suggest that you should ask your supplying practitioner to fit them for you. If the Posture Control Insoles™ (PCIs) fail to fit properly to your shoes and that results in excessive wear and tear it will not be covered by our Limited Warranty.
